Joint Mining Operations — Vanaco–Arcadia Corridor

1. Scope

This memorandum establishes the framework for joint mining operations along the Vanaco–Arcadia border corridor (coordinates X: -2400 to X: -1800, Z: 1200 to Z: 1600).

2. Resource Sharing

All resources extracted from the designated corridor shall be split 60/40 in favor of the nation whose territory the extraction occurs in.

3. Safety

Both parties agree to maintain safe mining practices and will not engage in PvP combat within the designated corridor.

4. Duration

This memorandum is effective for 30 days from signing and may be renewed by mutual agreement.
